1.1 Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
All product listings on www.ranchguitar.com are invitations to treat and do not constitute a binding sales offer. Your submission of an online order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Ranch Guitar. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent transactions, or violations of these Terms. A binding sales contract is only formed once we send you a formal order confirmation email confirming order processing and shipment arrangements.
1.2 Pricing & Payment Terms
All product prices displayed on the Site are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, import taxes, or any additional local fees incurred during international delivery, which shall be borne solely by the customer. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all confirmed order amounts. All payments must be completed in full before order fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders with failed payments, unauthorized transactions, or incomplete payment verification.
1.3 Product Descriptions & Availability
Ranch Guitar strives to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and related information on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor visual differences, tone variations, wood grain patterns, or subtle hardware differences on handmade and musical instruments do not constitute product defects. All products are subject to limited stock availability. We are not liable for temporary or permanent product out-of-stock situations and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
1.4 Shipping & Delivery
All delivery timelines provided on the Site or during checkout are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to warehouse processing, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ranch Guitar shall not be held responsible for any late delivery, shipping delays, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and damage to products transfers to the customer upon successful handover to the shipping carrier.
1.5 Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our official return policy, which is posted separately on the Site. All returned items must be unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized, modified, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Standard product warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental drop, natural wear and tear, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance of musical instruments. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect returned products.
