A Hello, Ranch's 21'' Soprano ukulele and 23 '' Concert ukulele are both suitable for a 10 years old kids. There are 2 differences between them. A: 21 inch size is smaller and cuter than 23 inch. B. 23 inch size's sound range is richer and wider than 21 inch. Hope it helps.
