  1. Q I purchased this ukulele in concert size, and as a beginner to intermediate player, I love it. However, the intonation seem to have changed, and it becomes out of tune when I place a chord - for instance, if tuned perfectly, the 2nd string 3rd fret is sharper than thet open 4th string high G. Is this something that can be easily fixed? Where should I take it to be fixed, or will I need to replace it?
    A Hi, you may take down the strings and reverse the 2 ends of the strings and install it again to see if it would be better~

    A Hello, Ranch's 21'' Soprano ukulele and 23 '' Concert ukulele are both suitable for a 10 years old kids. There are 2 differences between them. A: 21 inch size is smaller and cuter than 23 inch. B. 23 inch size's sound range is richer and wider than 21 inch. Hope it helps.
